Summary: Very nice aparthotel. The staff is nice and spoke English. We stayed in a studio with twin beds and the amenities suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. Overall, very good place to stay if traveling with family.

Summary: The property is a little dated now. Could be renovated and more clean (newer towels for example). But conveniently located in central Shanghai, and great it's a service-style hotel with kitchen and washing machine. Handy for longer trips.

Summary: This is the second time we stayed. Overall it was good. The A/C in this room was very loud in comparison of our previous room. We told the front desk. They said they will check. Never heard anything back and the noise is still there.
